Mini Protank two..... So much love then a little sadness

First I love this tank for many reasons the vape is great the coils are rebuildable and its glass. However this tank has increased my hatred for gravity. Not only because I can't be a flying super hero lol but I broke my first glass today It took a nice bounce and cracked.

So has anyone machined a stainless steel replacement for the glass part before? And if so what grade stainless would you use? Or would an anodized aluminum replacement be better.

I know that the replacement glass tubes are in abundance but was curious about this other path

I've never seen steel replacements, were is it possbile to get them?
Or did you plan to make your own?

I was planning to machine something as a replacement. I know it can not just be normal steel and must be stainless, so if anyone has a suggestion what grade stainless to use that would be great. I love the tank and have two one with glass intact and one with broken glass.
