It is not written on them AW like the ones recommended . I got those from deal extreme.
Thank you all for your help.
I do not want to damage my mini Reo , after it has been so hard to get.

They appear to be non-protected batteries, which are not recommmended with any mod. You should either use a protected battery or an IMR with safe chemistry like the AW's. With the batteries you have, you have to be very careful not to over-charge or over-discharge them.

The link shows that the batteries are protected batteries when you look at picture close. It says with PCB. This would indicated that they are protected. Also it looks like the positive end has the two vent holes, also indicating protected batteries.

But then when you scroll down further it says without over charge and over discharge circuitry.

$4.22 seems dealextremely cheap when free shipping is including.

On another note, I would order from Madvapes.com rather than dealextreme. Reason. Better customer service and dealer reliability. And they won't sell you unprotected batteries. For sure. JMHO

Actually with a REO, I would go ahead and order some AW batts. Why put Shamrock in your Caddy.

$4.22 - TrustFire 14500 3.7V 900mAh Rechargeable Lithium Batteries (2-Pack) - Batteries
These batts have a PCB and will work fine. I have been using them for 2 years in my mods.
AW's would be a battery battery however

Its a mechanical mod so any battery that fits will work for the most part. The protected 14500s may limit your current draw so if you are using LR it way cut out on you.

Like mentioned above, it's a good mod so use a good battery. A high drain battery will perform so much better than a trustfire.

Do not ever use unprotected batteries unless they are safe chemistry like the aw imr's
