No more cracks, but two new clear ones have leaked with the first fill.
Kind of seeping at the base where it screws to the battery.
Hope my bad luck doesn't keep going.
I know it's only $4 each, but it would be nice to get a little longer use out of them.
I thought I had a substantial stash that would last for a while. Now I'm not so sure.

I contacted them and they are helping me out.
Their response to cleaning goes against "everything" I've read in this forum and others.
This is what they emailed me:
"We strongly recommend not cleaning the tanks in any way, as there are heating elements inside that can be damaged and cleaning the tanks will also deteriorate the seams causing leaking or cracking issues."
So I suppose will save the time and trouble and never clean again.
It's just hard to believe that most any forum you visit, recommends cleaning tanks and carts in some way and now the vendor recommends against it.

PG and VG have antibacterial properties.

All you need to clean, if you so wish, is the mouthpiece (driptip).

If you must clean, warm water is adequate.

Tribeca is a somewhat dark juice and will shorten the life of the coils.

Consider going to a lighter juice.

I use Fusion and Malibu.

The Mini Tanks last quite a long while.

Halo very kindly replaced two of my tanks and mistakenly sent me two Triton Tanks.
A very nice member of this forum is sending me a Triton Battery so my mother can try it out. I can't thank her enough.
I hope my mother can get the hang of pressing a button when she draws on the ecig.

Regarding the Triton Tanks, do they pretty much just work as long as you have replacement coils on hand?
Do you have to replace them regularly because of some failure or do just the coils fail?

Thanks to all the kindness shown to me on this forum.

Triton tanks are great, and they last a really long time if you have a stash of replacement coils on hand. even the coils last a while if cared for. i have 6 tanks, a pack of 5 coils, i've had to use 1 coil in the past six months.

and the triton button is good sized, almost a quarter of an inch in diameter and glows brightly when pressed. i really hope it works out, you've made amazing strides with your family.

i never washed my triton tanks, but distilled water is enough, and maybe a denture cleaning table, but not needed.
the coils (aka heads) can be cleaned, there's no plastic to crack in the coils. there is a little learning, like dry burning,
but nothing hard.
top the tank up when it's getting low, don't let it get empty, you want the wicks to be nice and wet, same as the g6 really.
and she might use more juice in the triton, but she's enjoying herself, it's not a health risk as far as we know. it's a million
times better than cigarettes.

Mom just tried Tribeca in a Triton Tank with battery.
She is getting used to the button thing and forgets often, but she is just starting.
Her first reactions are encouraging. She says it is a milder taste and a much easier draw. She really seems to like it.
She has a G6 and the Triton in front of her. I am watching to see which she goes for most often.

Note: I first tried it to make sure it worked and nearly choked to death with all of the vapor I drew in. I won't make that mistake again. :)
