My ticket number is 3784. In the beginning of April around the 3rd I ordered a pv from this company. I paid around 35.00. They company is located two hours from where I live. I never received my product. I tried to telephone many many times with no answer. I've sent out many many emails , with no answer. I am very afraid I got scammed. I would like my product. It's been almost a month now and I can not contact the company. Their website should be taken down. I ordered a separate order after the first before I knew they won't send what you buy, so now I'm out around 45 dollars. I would like to know if they can fill my order. If not I would like my money back! Terrible customer service, if this is even a real shop. Right now I'm thinking it's a fraudulent website.​

Update , 20 Days Later I recieved MY Tracking Information. Apparently my items are now being shipped. I checked the tracking and it says "electronic shipping information recieved" . So 20 Days later my product is being shipped. The items were NOT back ordered so I don't know why it took 20 Days to just ship my item? At least it seems I will get my item after all. I just recieved the email that it's shipping 20 Days later. I would be very careful of this shop. They don't answer the phone and won't respond to your emails when you send them. I think 20 Days is a ridiculously long amount of time to wait for your item to be sent. But at least the items are coming. I wanted to revise this review now that the items are being shipped. It seems I will get my products after all. Apparently it takes this shop 20 Days to ship a non back ordered item. Just wanted to be fair and update this post. I still think twenty days is not a acceptable amount of time to wait.
