misleading vendor - starting to annoy me..

hey all,

sorry just a little rant…
I ordered from a well know site in the U.K… and all the e-juice i ordered were advertised as having a 'Glass Dripper Bottle'
now, none of them do…; just screw on caps..
i called them up and they said; 'yeah thats how we get them from the supplier and we have to sell what we get'…..

i was just thinking; So Why? do you list them as something they are not.??

i bought from this company before and they said that it was a one off mistake,,, and one out of 7 or so bottles did have the glass dripper lid….
But this time six months down the line; they are actually listed on the website as having dripper lids…. - but actually none do.


So; i'm having to use a plastic bottle to fill my tanks… which i'm not happy about.. at all.



you should get what you pay for… end of …..

do aforementioned company have a subforum here on ECF? mebbe they have a CS advocate that can answer your questions.

after 6 months tho, there would appear to be a disconnect between what they claim on their website and what they offer.

least not in the forum suppliers section..

they are a U.K site that tends to import and sell.

Yeah.. 6 months should be long enough to sort things out.. - they did say it was a one off 'mis-shipment' that they were sorting out with their supplier, but six months on; no change…
what really bugs me - is they have an array of pictures; No Alcohol, No xxxx, No xxx, Glass Dripper Bottle!
but there is merely a plastic screwtop… - i loved the one dripper bottle i got - it was like a 'rescue remedy' setup… (bottle/dripper lid)
But… well this is the last time i'll be dealing with this company..
I don't really know who Is good in the U.K.. - wasn't much choice last time i was looking around..
and import tax is Hardcore… its ridiculous..

Option two, some vendors sell glass bottles.
Many only sell to the US. Think this one sells outside Canada.
