Missing ecf member? How can you find out if they were banned, or what?

Ok, so there's a member I was helping out a little, and just went to pm him, and can't find him in the list of members. Is there a way to find out if someone was banned, or what? Just not sure of the procedure. Thanks!

Oh, his user name was ha-y-n... if anyone knows offhand what became of him, I'd be grateful. He'd started and stopped vaping a few times in last few years, and just want to make sure he's got some support, even if its not on ecf.

I think ha-y-n is now Chosen_1. Or at least that is what Google thinks is going on.
