so the missouri state reps want to ban e cigs ,while at the same time they sit in their offices in state house in jefferson city...SMOKING..yep smoking in their offices .why.because they allow it,no need to go outside with the common folk to smoke,they are above them after all........this according to a local news report awhile back....you think they pay for their smokes or does big tobacco just send them a big supply with their big lobby cash....

It's gotta be fun to *be* the law. You can vote yourself big raises, short work hours, and exemptions from whatever rule doesn't suit your lifestyle. I can see how that might make one feel head and shoulders above the plebes.
I'm not aware of any serious movement in the Missouri legislature to ban e-cigarettes. As I'm sure you know, they passed a bill which simply banned sales to minors, but Nixon vetoed it because he was persuaded by ANTZ that it wasn't sufficiently draconian.
