I have debated about posting a review, well after some consideration I decided I would share my experience and let you decide.

I had been looking for a replacement battery and I found a great price on a riva 1100 at mister-e-liquid. The price couldn't be beat, and believe me I shop around. So I placed my order and never got a payment confirmation. I sent a message through the vendors site and never got a response. Well I signed up to ecf to leave a friendly post stating that I had made a purchase. 30 hours had past, still no contact from the vendor. So I check his thread again and left another message. 5 hours later I received an email with a delivery confirmation number. Per confirmation number I received my package.

Approximately a week goes by with my Riva and then it quit working. I contacted the vendor on a friday evening, I did add that I had purchased the riva from him but I did not add when I had purchased the battery or my invoice number. I received a response from the vendor the following monday evening stating that it sounded like my battery died and that he carried many batteries to chose from. I replied back that I had just purchased this battery and I actually was discussing this matter on another forum and I am expecting him to honor his customer satisfaction statement on his website. He replied with apologies about not understanding that it was a recent purchase and said he was sending out a replacement the following day.

I received the new battery and it works without a hitch and I have had no problems with it what so ever and it has been approximately 2 weeks now.


(If I am reading his thread correctly he only started carrying riva parts 5 days prior to my order)
