If you are asking this question you have a lot of reading to do if you want to be successful at DIY. Head over to our DIY forum and look over the stickies. Then look up dannyv45 and hoosier's blogs and read them. Also download the "ejuicemeup" calculator.

To answer your question though, probably between 5 and 15% depending on the exact flavoring you have. Different manufacturers make flavor that are different strengths.

Please don't follow these recipes. 10% flavor on your base is fine but you have got to cut that 100 mg/mL nicotine.

For 10 mL a HIGH level juice would combine 2 mL of your 100 mg/mL nicotine base, 1 mL of flavor and 8 mL of
no nicotine VG/PG. This would give you a 20 mg/mL nicotine level which is still high. That 100 mg/mL could
kill you!

If I'm using a fifty_fifty vg/pg 100mg/ML nicotine base. And want a fifty fifty vg. Pg. Blend how much flavoring should I start with when making ten and 30 ML. I like strong flavor. Have strawberry and a couple other fruit flavors. Thanks

What brand flavoring are you using?

It really depends on the brand. Some flavorings as much as 20%. The super-concentrated flavorings you use about 2% depending on brand.

IMO it's a bad idea to be messing with 100mg base every time you want to mix up 10ml of juice. So this is what I do.
I use pint canning jars, and mix 50ml of 100mg (in PG) with 150ml of PG and 200ml of VG to get 400ml of 50/50 mix @ 12mg to work with. I then put that bottle of 100mg base in the locked deep freeze.

Flavorings need to be in a water soluble base (no oils). I use flavor concentrates, and only add 1 drop of flavoring/2ml of e-liquid which drops the nicotine down to about 10.5mg. (15 drops in a 30ml bottle of e-liquid)

As far as walmart flavors they are mostly Mc cormick and all have alcohol base so it can be done but not ideal at all as your juice will smell and taste like alcohol. As far as flavors go that are not walmart go to the diy section here and read a lot about what folks say about each vendor and flavor. I like a lot of TFA but some from them just aren't as good as others.
