I have 100ml of 6mg 50/50 and 50ml 24ng 50/50. I know if I mix them id get a much lower nic level probably like 10mg or so.

My question is will the flavor change.

Mixing both together would give you 150 mL of 12 mg 50/50. The flavor percentage shouldn't change and obviously the PG/VG ratio remains the same. The only difference is 12 mg nicotine versus 24 mg or 6 mg. I shouldn't think that would make too much of a difference.
