If got a bottle of 18mg nic 100% pg
If I add flavoring to this will it be ok to vape.
Or do I have to add pg and vg to it?

100% pg will be lacking vapor production.
You can vape it straight, but won't get a huge cloud.

What mg nicotine do you usually vape at?

I was vaping 18mg then went down some.
I bought 18mg nic not thinking of the dilution part with vg / pg and flavoring. My next order will be more mg's nic.
I need to use this nic for my wife who buys 18mg menthol then 0 mg flavors and mixes them into her tank.
Can I mix 18mg nic with menthol crystals to make her 18mg menthol like she buys?

You have a few options but i'd accept it for what it is and cut it to 12mg with a bit of VG and proper flavoring. Yes you can add menthol crystals but you would not want to add it directly to the nic like that. You want to make a menthol solution first because the crystals are very potent. If you just add them directly I can almost guarantee it will be way to much and you will end up tossing it.

Also be aware some menthol flavors contain a small amount of mint or peppermint. So if it does not end up tasting the same you may want to explore adding a few drops of mint candy flavoring.
