Do any of you mix larger batches of juice (say 100ml) and then break it up into smaller quantities?(say 10ml or 20ml)
Seems like it would be much faster to add everything need into a 120ml jar, mix well, & break into smaller quantities....
Just checking to see if others do this, and how well it has worked for you. Is it hard to get things mixed well enough
to get equal parts in the smaller bottles?
Thanks

Hi there. I definitely do this. I have settled at a 70vg/30pg 12mg mix. So I mix that up in lage batches of 50ml and make 10ml flavored runs. Saves me a ton of time. It also allows me the op to mix up something quickly when the urge or need hits. As far as measuring I have somewhat memorized my desired percentage of flavoring based on the flavors I work with. It also helps that I work with base 10 numbers. 5% flavor is .2 for 10ml easy enough. Oh, I do account for 5% pg flavor in my large plain batch. I am not that picky though. I start at 5%, some flavors are perfect there, others need a drop or two more...

Happy vaping!

Infinite,
thanks for your reply.
My biggest concern is not with my formula, but with everything being mixed well when I start taking the 10ml batches out of the 100ml large
batch. I am concerned that things wont stay equal in the individual bottles.
Example: one 10ml may have more pg, vg, or flavoring than another 10ml.
Have you seen anything different with the smaller bottles when they are filled from the larger bottles?

When I do DIY I use the Same Nicotine Level, 18mg, and the Same PG to VG Ratio, 30%PG:70%VG, and about the Same Flavoring Percentage, 10~15%, for All my Recipes.

So I make “Pre-Mix” out of 100mg Nicotine Base.

Pre-Mix is an Unflavored mixture of Nicotine Base, PG and VG at 21mg. 21mg is roughly 15% Higher than 18mg. I usually make 200ml at a time.

Since the Pre-Mix is 15% Higher in Nicotine, when the Flavoring for a given Recipe is added, it Reduces the Nicotine to about 18mg.

So when I need to make a Recipe, I just fill up a 30ml Bottle with 20ml of Pre-Mix and then Add Flavoring by Drops. Nothing to Wash. Not even much to Measure. Just fill the 30ml Bottle to the 20ml line I have on the Label and Add Flavoring.

Couldn’t be Simpler.
