Hi I was wondering if I mix two not so great flavors of 18 mg juices together if I end up with 36 mg juice?

And you just might come up with a good tasting combination. I have done this many times before. Works good for DIY if you happen to make something and later want to spruce the flavor up a little. Sometimes I add just a little of my "not quite good" juice in with one of my favorites, it adds a tone to it that I find I like and don't waste the juice.
Swedishfish is right. The thing about the mg in juice is that it's a concentration, measured in milligrams of nicotine per milliliter juice.
Let's say you mixed 2 milliliters of your two 18 mg juices:
18mg.......18mg.........36mg
------...+..------....=...------
1mL.........1mL...........2mL
So that's 36 milligrams per TWO millileters. Take your bottom number (total millileters) and divide both the top and
the bottom number by that: That'll leave you looking at the nicotine in 1 mL, which is how the strength is measured:
36mg..../......2..........18mg
----.............---...=....------
2 mL...../......2..........1 mL

Yup, your not changing the concentration, just the volume.
(mg1 X ml1) + (mg2 X ml2) / (ml1 + ml2)
So if I had 10 ml of 50 mg + 10 ml of 25 mg:
(50 X 10) + (25 X 10) / 20 = 37.5 I'd end up with 20 ml of 37.5 mg juice
(mg1 X ml1) + (mg2 X ml2) / (ml1 + ml2)
So if I had 10 ml of 50 mg + 10 ml of 25 mg:
(50 X 10) + (25 X 10) / 20 = 37.5 I'd end up with 20 ml of 37.5 mg juice

luvinitall, You can get some great flavors by mixing 2 or 3 or 4 flavors together too !
Hey, some of my favorite juice I ever vaped was the bottom of the barrel of like 6 juices together. I have no idea what it tasted like but it was awesome. Now, Dont go mixing like pizza flavor with banana or something though....
Ya never know!! I added tobacco juice to my peach cart by mistake and it was surprisingly excellent! 
Ha, ha, ha! I just hate it when I come up with something yummy, but can never repeat it because it was a freak accident! I did this once dripping. Changed from chocolate to cherry and got the most fantastic cherry covered chocolate taste ever! I tried repeating the same sequence and could never get it just the same as those few fabulous 5 or 6 vapes. 
It's basicly the sam as mixing 2 vodkas together... it won't give you 80% vodka

18 + 18 is still 18 because it is per ml
equal amounts of (for example)
18 + 6 would make 12mg liquid
18 + 0 would make 9 mg liquid
The only way you can raise the nicotine of 18mg liquid is mix it with a higher nic juice

Well, I was looking through one of my flavorant vendors' catalogues and found Pizza. So it's possible. They also have Worcestershire Sauce flavorant too. I think I'll pass on both....
