Another newb question: I've found a place I can buy 60mg PV/VG base, but what do I mix it with? How do I get the desired strength and flavour?

60mg is very strong. Get a good 0-nic flavor (doubler) and go to town. You'll probably end up with a 3:1/4:1 flavor:base mixture depending on your nic needs, but after that individual taste is up to you.

Grab yourself a cold one and read this thread that Scubabatdan put together. You'll notice that he made a spreadsheet program that you can download (his latest version is 9) and use it to make your own e-juices.
The 60mg strength 50/50 PG/VG mix is probably the same one I use to make my e-juices with. Just use his program calculations which will enable you to mix any strength you want along with additional PG or VG and flavorings to make your own liquid.
I would suggest that you read all the posts in that thread to help you understand it better and answer some questions you may have.
absolutely use scubadans calculator whatever you do be safe with that 60mg and to break it down correctly use the E-Juice calc and you will learn much faster how to make a good mix of Juice
The website allows me to choose between PG and VG so I think they're both available pure. I'll definitely check out that spreadsheet. Thanks for the help guys. I can hardly wait to get started!!!
