Mixing question

I was curious how anyone that uses a 50/50 nic base mixes their juices? I just received this base yesterday and did a 50/50 mix across the board, but for some reason the juices were pretty light in taste at 20% flavor. Could I be mixing it all wrong? I'm using the "e-juice me up" calc you can download on the comp by the way .

Will have to wait till I get home in the morning to try it all again.

The mix of PG/VG has very little affect on flavor. The only real difference is the slightly sweeter taste of VG. Some mixes require a few days steeping time to get the full flavor. Some flavors simply require a higher percentage to get the taste you want. Different brands of flavoring vary as well. Some brands are very potent flavors while others are kind of weak. DIY can have quite a learning curve depending on the mixes you go with but when you have it mastered, you can't beat it. It's both less expensive and tastier IMHO.
