RachelCoffe mixes all of her own juice, and if I'm not mistaken she gets her nic juice from: DIY Base Stock << Evapers
You can also get some from: Flavourless << Vapables
Edit: when mixing your own, I wouldn't advise getting anything over a 36mg base, and please make sure you know how to mix the proper levels before accidentally vaping a nic level that is out of this world.
