Whoever mentioned it previously, I vote for Ecigexpress too as a nearly one-stop DIY supply outlet, especially their flavor selection which is second to none.

More an issue of quality and choice than price.

I am going to ask the mods to close this thread because:

1) DIY eJuice - Concentrated Flavoring for DIY has the best prices for nic-base, although it takes a while to get to the listing, Lol. Click <about Us> <sign up> to register. The base is listed under <DIY Supplies> <ejuice> once you sign in.

2) THERE IS NO DIY LIST. Canadian e-juice vendors (who wish to be listed) can be found by requesting the Canadian e-juice vendors list.

Nearly all of the e-juice vendors have DIY supplies of some sort available. It depends on the individual which supplies and in what quantities they wish to purchase them.
