Find an ejuice calculator to use!
The ratios (flavor percentage, PG/VG, nic) all are inter-related, so it's easy to make a math mistake.

I like e-juicemeup, which is a program for PC, but there are also apps you can use.

You need to know the strength of your nic (you said 36) and whether it's in PG or VG or a blend.
You need to decide the ratio of PG/VG you want to end up with - this may depend on your equipment and preference - PG carries more flavor and has more throat-hit, but VG makes more vapor.
You need to choose a flavor percentage to try out - could be anywhere from 1% to 20% depending on recipes and flavoring strengths...

All we can tell from your starting point is this: with 36 mg nicotine going into your mix, each ml of nic base will put 36 milligrams into the bottle. So with a 10 ml bottle,
1 ml of base in there gets you 3.6 mg strength juice
2 mls of base in there gets you 7.2 mg strength juice...etc.

What do I need to mix unflavoured nicotine 36mg with? I have vg oil and flavours. So what do I need (ratio) to do to get a good throat hit. What would be the amounts for a 10ml bottle please

also not all flavoring are the same some you mix at 20% or more other less than 1%. So yeah you really need to be specific when asking for advise.

If you are a heavy smoker and running at 3ohm and 5watts. You might only need a few drops of flavor added to the 36mg/ml base for a satisfying vape. If you are vaping at less than 1OHM, you might need to dilute the nic down to less than 10mg/ml.

Then there's throat hit, something I never heard of after 40 years of smoking. Is a product of juice and vapor heat. That I would say you will have to determine via trial and error. What burns my throat may soothe yours. What I call mild may cause you to cough up both lungs.
