MK 2 screwdriver extension tube mod

Has anybody on here done this before ?
I've seen it on other forums but need exact sizes/diameter/thread to see if I can get some made up or even if anybody's got any for sale to use as a pattern.
My aim is to be able to use a 18650 battery.

You only need aluminium or inox tube diameter as SD body and 35 mm long (without thread) and lathe or turner of course

i cant belive this mod wasnt mass produced as it would of sold really well

SD is legend and change known design of SD is blame but ... I like big battery and I can't help myself
