I have had similar issues with my MNKE batts and am not a fan, I am testing a Keeppower 26650 4200Mah and are lasting much much longer, so far so good. But I have done some research and the one I need to get according to the tests is the Keeppower 26650 5200Mah. More consistant and lasts even longer. By the way I am using a Hades with a Origen dripper. Hope that helps

I'm running dual .5 builds(28ga kan) in a mutant clone with a 26650 plume. Is it just me or do theses batteries go dead fast? I've used the mutant maybe 15 pulls today and the mnke is about to go back on my charger. Did I get a bad battery? Nitecore charger.

Or you could now have a bad battery because of a Nitecore. You need to do what Ryedan said and perform some voltage checks on that battery coming off the charger and also when it hits the point that you aren't happy with the vape. If you don't have a basic DVM and are using a mech - you need to get one.

4.2 off the charger. Goes back on around 3-3.2v. The chargers working fine.

Wow, 15 drags takes it from 4.2v to 3.1v at 0.5 ohms!!! That battery is toast.

They are 20 amp batteries so you're not pushing them hard at 0.5 ohms. The batteries come off the charger at 4.2v (I'm assuming it's not 4.24v) which is not over charged.

I stop using a battery at 3.6v-3.7v and these are VTC's and Samsung 25R's that are speced for 2.5v min. I don't know what the minimum is for the MNKE, but running them to 3.1v all the time could be the problem. It's also hard to always catch a batt at 3v and not let it go lower which would be really hard on it.

So how long have you had the batt, how many do you have, are they all like this and how were they when you first got them?

Either something killed this battery early or it was a dud.

I'm thinking it was a dud. It's only been on the charger 4 times. Its my only 26650 atm as I'm not going to give my local b&m $25 a pop for these. I laughed when I bought it and the guy asked why. Lol. I didn't respond like I wanted to so I just said I was happy to get a battery locally. I'll take it back tomorrow and see if I can swap it. Thanks for your input Ryedan. I think I'm going to buy an xstar charger when I order more batteries.

How much time did you get with the MNKE at 0.3 ohms?

I use a variety of 18650 batteries at 0.3 ohms and I almost always get more than 6 hrs from one. Wondering how much liquid you use in 6 hours.
