LUC v4 Efest Charger question

I bought the seven-22, 2 mnke 26650's and a Luc v4 charger, they charge fine on bay 1 and 4 at .5 or 1 amp, bay 2 and 3 rarely detect a battery and if they do it sits around half charge and 3.8 or 3.9 volts and never charge on .5, 1, or 2 amps. Anyone else had any issues ?? They are going to swap it out today for me, i dont mind the slower charge times but as i progress to mechs and different batteries i want something to take care of it all.

I won a Luc charger in a competition last year Aaron and it was my opinion it was of a far inferior quality to the two xtar chargers I own and I immediately gave it away. I would recommend changing the make of your replacement to either a Nitecore or xtar charger.

they swapped it out at the store, this one is worlds different, just happened to get a lemon i guess.
