Mnke imr batterys

hey guys, i am waiting on my 18500 caravela, in the mean time i need to purchase some batterys. i have heard good things about the MNKE batts for low res, but am not sure if they make them in the 18500 size (which i think is one in the same as the 18490 size). does anyone know for sure what sizes these batterys come in and the best place to purchase them. if not available in this size i will just buy the aw imr's, which i know comes in this size. thanks

I don't think they make the really high amp batteries that are 18500 yet...like the MNKE, Samsung or Panasonic. I think you have to get an AW.

hey edo, thats what i thought. also rtd is where i get my 18650 aw imrs, but i think there sold out. i just went on another site and seen that a 18490 is different then a 18500. when i was reading on the caravela site i believe it mentioned that they were the same, so i just emailed pedro for an answer. thanks
