Mod Batteries - Dumb Newbie Question

mod builders, I'm obviously not the least bit savvy about electronics, and I've been curious to learn why there aren't mods that use tiny button batteries, or even mods that use "regular" batteries, like the ones you buy at the drugstore. I know I must sound like a complete doofus, but it just seems to me that in this high-tech computer age that there ought to be a better small battery available to power the mods.

Is he/she just selling them through PM, or is there a site? I'm gonna do my best to get my order through for the Ali'i this week, but there seems to be pretty high demand for it, so probably easier said than done.

I think the answer to why you can't use regular store batts is because they are not made to drain as fast as an atomizer needs them too . I guess you could but it wouldn't be practical or very safe . I'm sure someone else could be more technical about why but it's good your asking and not learning the hard way .
