So i got the evic vtc mini. And right now i got dual twisted 26g kanthal reading at .31 ohms(what it says on the mod) with six wraps. But when i like chain vape the gets warm. Is that normal ?
Batteries are samsung inr 25r and awt red ..

That build with dual coils of twisted 26g wire is going to hold a lot of heat, pass it to the atty and then the top of the mod. As long as it's the atty that's getting hot and passing the heat to the mod, and not the batteries heating up, you don't have much to worry about.

Within reason ... I still wouldn't let the mod and the batteries get too hot.

Warm yes batteries get warm as they charge and discharge.

Hot. If the mod gets hot that is a bad sign and battery should be replaced.

Yeah, that is pretty normal. That's a lot of coil you have in that machine, it's gonna make some latent heat. So long as it's heat from the topper conducting into the mod, and so long as it's warm, not hot, it's probably OK. If it is the battery or the board that's getting hot, you have a problem.

Sounds normal.
The more wattage you use the warmer/hotter things can become.

Please tell what you see on the screen when your fire the button.

The mod should be in power/wattage mode ; are you running over 60 watts?
I'm running 11 watts on a 2 ohm coil on my evic vtc at the moment.

It's pretty normal for the mod to get warm due to a combination of hand heat and transfer from the atty to the top of the mod.

It's not normal for the batteries to get warm. When you feel the mod getting warm, pop the battery cover off and feel the batteries. If they're warmer than the mod, that's a problem. If they're as warm as/cooler than the mod, it's no big deal.
