I believe I have come up with a cartomizer mod. Basically I took the cartomizers I already had and gutted them. I discovered they are horizontal coil. What I ended up discovering was that the cartomizer consisted of and inner sort of cotton and then what looks like the polyfiber cotton wrapped on the outside. I took my cartomizers that werent absorbing or getting a slightly burned taste and took the cotton out. I ended up removing the inner cotton and just leaving the poly fiber. Being that the cartomizer has some sort of wick covering the atomizer I knew I didn't need both. I cut the cotton 3/4th's of the way down and used the 1/4 of the poly fiber. I simply rinse off the cotton, dry it on a paper towel, then rinse the cartomizer out. I then roll the polyfiber around the wick and push it all the way down. The fact that it has a lot less cotton means it will take in about 8 drops, but they seem to go a long way and when you get low on vapor, fill it up again. Ive noticed then when it starts to burn again, I cut away the burn or use another poly from another cartomizer and rinse out everything again and it vapes like new! I have been stretching the cartomizers life to about 2 weeks but since i have so many cartomizers I have been using the same 5 for over a month and a half. I will post pictures later if anyone is interested
