Mod similar to Omega from Altsmoke?

Are they any other mods that are 18650 that fir by pushing down the top of the device like the Omega? Just got a smoketech bolt today and Im loving it but would like to pick up another device as well

Thanks for help.That kind of sucks oh well.Kind of thinking if getting indulgence v4 from evcigarettes but dont know if my efest 18650 button tops will work in it Anyone know?
