Not all 18650s are the same size, so be careful...i have wrecked a REO by forcing a protected 18650 in it and fusing it.
If you are after a decent, reliable mod that never fails then i'd suggest a Silver Bullet - $84 from AltSmoke.com | Personal Vaporizers | Electronic Cigarette | Ecigs | Your one stop shop! - they don't have the push down activation but they go some. a 510 connection means anything fits in it - it really is becoming the standard now.
I typically run a tank on mine - a Vivi Nova, but i also have some rebuildable atomisers that work just fine too - if you drip.
It's not expensive and you can drop it and it makes no difference.

Anyone know if 18650s from my LT will work fine in the omega if Im lucky enough to get one They are red 2000mah efest imr 3.7v Li-Mn batts

If so that uses protected 18650's which are not very common in many mods as most are cut to use an IMR type battery. Not sure you will find one that is "like" that and compatible with your current batteries.

Yea thinking now I will just get a chrome bolt instead.Anyone know best deal for one?
I second the Silver Bullet you can get ten percent off if you like them on facebook. I've handled a Bolt and its no one near as nice as the SB. If you do go that route there are many vendors that carry a Bolt-- Discount Vapers and madvapes comes to mind but there are many more.
