Mod with a recessed or hidden tank inside?

i only recently saw the OLD "ULTIMO" which is long gone as far as i can see and disappeared.

all i can see is the CLEANVAPES mod, which would be almost perfect its just so expensive.

i already know about a vmod etc, but i want a tank thats housed in the body of the mod. if theres any that seem to exist atm. anyone have any leads to something thats still available?

There's the Billet Box. It has a tank built in. It's VV. It looks cool, too!

The Billet Box is next to impossible to acquire. Also, it's rather pricey.
The Ultimo is still available. I use one for going out.

one big requirement is size, these seem pretty large... but and not all are available. this whole waiting for custom mods is a bit irritating lol
