Mod with cone?

Been using an Ego for about two weeks now and like the cone quite a bit.
I know LR attys simulate high voltage vaping but after hearing the problems some people have with them killing ego batteries I'm hesitant to do that alot.

Is there any higher voltage (or VV) mod that uses a cone?

Beats me. I haven't seen any yet. But then, I don't get out much.

i ego with and without the cone and really cant tell much difference other than looks

Are the passthroughs that have the inline batteries the 3.7v ones and the others 5V?
