Modding the Silver Bullet

So, after some looking around and thinking of some elements that I wish the SB had, I've finally decided that I want to replace the stock button with and LED button like this. What would I need in order to go about this modification; if it's possible?

I know that button; I have one. Too tall to fit in the SB; body alone is around 25mm.
EDIT: spec says 21mm... still too tall.

Around what size is the stock button? If I have to look for a smaller version, no big deal, I just want to know about the wiring and if I need resistors because the led draw is so low.

internal diameter on the SB should be ~19mm, and you'll still need clearance beyond that.
