MODERATORS: A question about forum rules

Hello ECF members/moderators,

Our firm is undertaking a research project for a client, a major manufacturer of rebuildable electronic cigarette products, and need to contact distributors and wholesalers of these products. Other sources have been lackluster in providing willing participants for the study. Is posting on this website looking for those who may be of assistance against the forum rules or is that allowed?
