i just bought a manual battery, a new atty and some blank carts from modern vapor.
within 5 minutes of assembling it i completely lost the thing. let me just say i was FREAKING OUT. after running around and searching my whole house my roommate reminded me that we were standing in the street in front of the house. there was my poor sidesho, it had been run over by a car. the battery dented the cart was trash. but i slapped a new cart on and the atty and it still worked!!!!
eventually the battery died and when i went to take it off the threading to the atty came with it. my atty was toast.
i've thrown the atty out, the battery still works like a charm, dented and all.
i just wanted to say modern vapor makes a tough product, that can withstand being run over.
i would have posted this on modern vapors fourm but i haven't posted enough.
well i'm off to go scrape together change to buy my new atty i'm a starving college student afterall...

I agree - MV is awesome. I have a ego standard batt with the MV 902 LR atty, along with the BFD cart mod and freedomsmoke's RY4.... Wow - amazing flavor and thick vapor.
And their two-piece carts hold more juice and are less prone to leakage compared to a generic 510, from my experience with the BFD mod anyway.

Modern Vapor (Tony) the owner provides some of the best products in the ECig industry IMO.
I have every unit he makes Sideshow, 902 and LUX and all are still in use today.
There customer service is top notch.

Tony has always been there when my wife and I have questions.

Shipping is fast and I have never had an order messed up.

yeah i was shocked the battery survived, the atty would have made it probably if i wouldn't have yanked it off so impatiently haha. my friend is an engineering major and spent forever looking at it telling me just how impressed he was with the construction and stability of the thing i'm glad i went with modern vapor

I just got my Slidesho last friday after a week of USPS nightmares.
Loving it so far, just having small issues with my PCC not working properly, and figuring out if I can get other atty's from another company since his are 15-20$
Glad to hear it will survive for a bit even if I drop it hard.

Rockgod, so true about the vapor yet keeping all the flavor with those 902 attys. Have you seen their new ego style battery, the LUX?

Butterfly, give Tony a call. He'll make good on all his product. If you have any questions about the PCC, post over at the MV section and people will try to help too. As for the atty price, I always feel you get what you pay for and no one makes the Sidesho or 902 but MV. Tony had a hand in designing it. As for the price though, his attys actually go for $9.95, so maybe you were looking at something else when you saw between $15 and $20. Good luck!

Great products! I have the Sidesho and the Lux (in red). It is gorgeous! I love both of them...using the Sidesho right now. My pcc doesn't work either...don't know what's with that but okay because I have the long lasting Lux. Surprised your poor Sidesho took all of that abuse by being run over and is still going strong! You can get a surprisingly good hit and a lot of vapor off that Sidesho can't you! You made a great choice with Modern Vapor!!

The Fool-- yeah i go to sonoma state, i love it here so much. thats such a coincidence, i feel like for such a little school i find ssu alumni everywhere .
butterfly- i was going to say exactly what Garnoch said, but i'll still add a little more lol.
the attys are just under $10 thats not that bad seeing as they work so well, i've had 2 (for different flavors) for 3 months now and i haven't had an issue yet.

I bought a lux last week, along with 4 more LR attys....I'm bad.

After one week i'm very happy with my 902. One week without analogs.

Was surprised by the quality of the pre-filled catrts but now filling my own with halo freedom.

Bought 2 extra attys for a great price (due to colour error). As if i care how they look.
