my review of modern vapors customer service

I ordered a sidesho hybrid kit from modern vapor on july 12.
i was going to get the blu but heard it was horrible and their customer service sucked so after researching on here it seemed the sidesho would be the one for me.
i got it on the 14th (talk about fast shipping) and i really do like it. unfortunately my order wasn't right. i received 2 "regular" tobacco flavored cart packs, and then 1 "low" menthol cart pack.
i did not order low i ordered it in regular, my order confirmed this.
i emailed tony from modern vapor. he didn't respond. i figured maybe he didn't get it so i emailed him again. this time he responded (on the 15th) and told me he would ship the regular carts out the next morning.
satisfied i forgot about it for a while (and went on vacation), when i came back on the 26th i discovered they still hadn't arrived. it had been 10 days! so i emailed tony, i thought maybe he had forgot or something. well now its the 30th, and tony never got back to me...

one of the main reasons i ordered from modern vapor was the "amazing" customer service.
and i came to find out it wasn't all that "amazing".
and now i'm stuck with a pack of low nic. menthol carts i don't want, and i have to just order juice from somewhere else, because i don't want to worry about my order being wrong.
i'm nervous for when i'm going to need to buy new parts from modern vapor.


i don't know, i just thought i'd share that experience :(

Sorry you had bad service - its very surprising because Tony is super awesome. I have a Sidesho as well, and have had nothing but excellent service from him. He has been rebuilding his site lately and is working on a new model, chances are he might have just spaced it. He's human too, and unfortunately can make mistakes. Did you try calling him before you posted this thread? :unsure:
