I have placed numerous orders with Modern Vapor. Their products and customer service are outstanding!
The LUX is a high quality piece of equipment and I'd recommend it to anyone. Their liquids are tasty too. What really has me impressed about Modern Vapor is their customer service. I have e-mailed them a few times with questions and they are always lightning quick about responding. I have even gotten responses late at night and on weekends. After placing an order, shipping information gets sent out the next business day and it's in my mailbox no more than three days later. I recently had an order come in with an atomizer that was DOA. Completely dead out of the box and would not heat up at all. I sent Modern Vapor an email asking what to do about the $10 paperweight I had received and they quickly responded. They said not to worry about it and that they would have a new one tested and sent out to me the next business day, no questions asked. Sure enough it was in my mailbox a few days later and it works great. I cannot recommend Modern Vapor highly enough. If I can ever manage to convert my friends and family from analogs to vaping, I will be sending them to Modern Vapor to pick up a LUX starter kit!
As a side note, most of the times I seek support from Modern Vapor via e-mail the responses come from Julia. Julia is a wonderful, pleasant person who appears to have no problem helping out customers and she seems to be a great asset to their company. Just wanted to add a special "thank you" to Julia for all of her hard work!
