I just wanted to post, I just today ordered one of our e-kits from Modern Vapor- The Sidesho-
Tony has been great! I e-mailed w/ questions yesterday after looking constantly back & forth at the site versus the forum and other models...
He is very quick to respond to my e-mail, he has helped me in the order process (I don't use Paypal and anxious to do a credit card order) And he has been very attentive to what I was looking for in my kit-
So far a great customer service experience- I can't wait for the unit to arrive! He is a definite keeper for business practices!
Thx so much Tony! You definitely have us as customers and we will be recommending your site to our friends- (already have people asking me more about e-cigs just because I talk about them now that I have been doing reserach) Many of our friends and family are intrigued.

Isn't bandit a hoot- I see he owns a Sidesho also- I appreciate knowing some of the guys who are experienced have the product I chose-

Definitely great customer service. Shipping was also lightning fast. The wall charger that came with the unit did not work so I will be contacting him soon to get a replacement, I'll post here if I find time to comment on the process, which should be easy with him. =) :cheers:

I placed an order for a Sidesho/H with Tony on a Sunday. (My first PV order. Wee!) It was shipped out on Tuesday. Should get here soon. Exciting times.

I DID see the seal. I also hear he has a pen of baby seals that swim in milk. Seal-Veal he calls it.
