I was at the mall today and they were selling e-cigs for 90 on a discount, they let me try it out and I was disappointed in the strength of them. I normally smoke reds and these couldn't compare.

The clerk, at this, took me aside and showed me the joye510 and gave me a great link for them. However, even then they aren't hitting hard enough.

Is there ANY way I can make my own cartridge with my own juice? If not, is there a way I can modify the cartridges they supply? I will be ordering a joye510 and if I can't do that then I may as well just give it away.

You can refill or just drip a couple drops on the atty; very easy.

24mg and 36mg juice hits hard.

Should also buy some weaker liquid for long vaping sessions.

Buy a sample selection of juice flavors; you may be surprised what flavors you like.

Thanks man that is helpful. But If I were to make my own, with say tobacco I bought from a store how would I do this?

Best bet as you learn the equipment is to buy juice. There are ways to make your own
(the most complicated and very time consuming would be from tobacco - plus you have no idea what the 'potency' is) and you can read about that on the DIY recipes/juice forum threads.

Buy the juice - I tried making my own in the beginning and discovered I didn't know enough to have the right consistency or proportions ------ you can experiment once you're comfortable with the cartridges (which are not fragile unless maybe you're really rough with it),

Good luck
Read the Forum for New Members - there's lots of good info there

I would'nt try to make my own from tobacco unless eliquid gets banned; to much trouble.

It is very easy to mix your own from 48mg unflavored. Nice to have 0mg, 8mg, 16mg and 24mg mixed up to suit your mood.

Can mix with Glycerine (VG) and flavorings.

I prefer to stock pile unflavored as there is less chance of interaction with multiple components. I prefer to store in the freezer for now.

Well I can't find the DIY Recipe forum. Some info on how to make my own would be great, or a link?

I was told I was supposed to use drops of alcohol? Or glycerin, which is purchasable at Wal-Mart???

"Refilling / topping off the cartridges is no more complicated then refilling a Zippo lighter."
Yesssirrr - refilling carts is easy.

Distilling nicotine from tobacco is not (not easy- in process or in knowing the strength level of what you end up with).... and nicotine in high concentrations can potentially be harmful to your heatlh.... and actually deadly.

You are not going to stick an e-cig in your mouth and magically replicate a Marlboro red or any other form of burnt weed. If you did try one for a few days you might like it, or you can go with a high voltage mod to get much more kick and throat hit. You didn't fall in love with cigerettes the first time you tried one. It took time to develop the habit. if you want to give e-cigs a chance, people here will help you out. There is a reason these don't exactly replicate analog's and in a couple days of vaping you'll be happy they don't.

good luck

and if you decide you may as well just give it away. there'll be plenty of takers

This is a problem I have been running in to at work. Everyone wants to get one, but they aren't willing to put in the time. The last time someone asked, I told him that he needs to read this forum while he contemplates (sp?) the whole thing. You need to learn as much as you can. I have read this forum for propably 2-3 hours a night for 3 weeks and still do not know 1/100th of what I hope to learn. Vaping feels like having your cake and vaping it too. Its win-win. Don't give up, but at the same time you need to read this forum as much as time will allow. Sorry I had one foot on the soapbox there. Happy vaping. :D
