I ordered a few of their tanks after trying one first. I found the outer sleeve of the first one in this set was quite loose on the grommets. I emailed them to let them know. Got an email back within minutes saying the grommets can sometimes be a little out of tolerance and new ones would be mailed out. They shipped about an hour later and just got here - problem solved! They also threw in a sample bottle of juice for me to try with the original order. Thank you for looking after me so well Tami!
