I have brought you one of the colorful series of the English manufacturer Momo, which is nothing more than a lemon biscuit cake sprinkled with brown sugar. Its smell brings the smell of cake, which is not really cakey, more like sponge cake. Lemon, cake and brown sugar can also be found in iz. Looking at the lemon, the taste is gently but clearly there, not sour but rather sweet. The cake came out differently for me, sometimes a little biscuity, sometimes a little spongey, sometimes a little cakey. The dessert part is very nice, creamy and not forced artificial taste. The brown sugar sprinkles a little extra on our cake after blowing it out. We get a very pleasantly composed liquid, which, apart from the lemon, I might not even be able to get into. For my part, the lemon could have been pushed even higher in the aroma, plus, spiced with a little acidity, it could have turned into a very punchy stew. The soft, sweet and almost creamy dessert taste still holds its own in the premium category. I definitely recommend it for steaming after a good fatty lunch, which is equivalent to a fattening cake .
