she was devastated, since she loves it. she didn't think of contacting the guys for a new one, or call me before she reordered... just asked in the comment section when she ordered the replacement if there was any way to fix it. of COURSE they threw in a freebie back up PT for her. she called me today *smilin*. thanks guys! i know she's not on the forum but she (and i!) SO appreciate everything y'all do.
