Mom just got her first V4L order!

so, saw my mom right after xmas and showed her my PV. she was skeptical but intrigued by how much like smoking it was. since we'd only just gotten our first order, we didn't have a spare batt and i got snowed in before she left... so she took the plunge and ordered a mini kit, got to her yesterday.

tried it out for the first time today, and just called me (5pm) to say she's having her FIRST CIG OF THE DAY. this is BEYOND amazing, this is better than *me* quitting, i actually teared up. she smokes ~2 packs a day and has tried *everything* to quit, developed a very severe problem with breathing recently...

but she's totally in love with the VK. about to place another order. i am really SMILIN, steve, mark, & all of you guys here at the forum who helped me figure things out myself so i could help her. she's not really into social networking of any type online, or i'd have her make an account but seriously. this is life changing stuff. it really really is.

Congrats!! I got my dad and mom kits. Both have been smoking 40+ years. It does feel really good to do something for them like this.

my brother has done the same.. He has been smoking for 30+ years! He now hates analogs!! I also have 5 more close family who want to convert! Trying to go in tomorrow to pick up kits from Mark.. Hopefully he will have some time to help me out...

i'll def try'n get her here... she's so excited bout this i'm sure she'd get to like the forums too. & it does feel awesome, just, incredible, that she's liking it this much from the first day. i'm sending her a little pack of one of each of the flavs of cartos i have on hand. and really, if it wasn't for V4L itself this wouldn't have happened, i had heard of e-cigs, but nothing this simple, with customer service this AWESOME, with flavors this great... all in one user-friendly company. she's so impressed that the cartos actually are lasting her most of a day, that was what she was most skeptical about. she wants an XL tho. i figure i know what we'll be getting each other for holidays & birthdays now.
