I've been using both flat top and button top batteries in my mech mod and they both work fine. Tonight, however, the mod won't fire with flat tops, only the button top. Did I push the connector pin too far up? I just bought a good flat top and I don't want it to go to waste..

Sounds like that's what happened. Can you adjust the pin on your mod?

Again what mod? sounds like you need to adjust something. or your spring got worn out if you have a spring for the negative. happened to one of my vamos before i just had to give a tug on the spring and it was back to normal! good luck!

I figured it out! It had nothing to do with my mod whatsoever.. it was the battery charger, straight up not charging. Traded in my piece of crap for a way nice 2 bay charger and everything is fixed!

A simple cheap multimeter would have told you that; something you should have if you are depending on a mech mod.

Yep, it would have. I have an ohm meter and the new charger shows the volt and amps of the battery. Thanks though.
