I once had a boss joke that he was going to fire all the smokers.
He did end up firing everybody (everybody smoked).

The article says tht obesity will be treated differntly because it is a 'disease'. Well, addiction is classified in the DSM as a diagnoseable psychiatric disorder, so I expect to see a lawsuit on these grounds. NRTs can be justified as a disease management tool.
