Looking at the dimensions of the ones you linked to, they should also fit, yes, but nothing is guaranteed. 3000mAh gives you longer battery life. Protected are safer than unprotected, particularly when charging.

No worries, sometimes it's hard to wade through a lot of other battery information.

I very much like the 18650s so I will probably be getting some of the 3000mAh ones. I think the ones Vinyl linked to were cheaper though....
