Well, artificial flavors can be a misnomer in peoples' minds. Let's say you want natural cinnamon flavor - you extract the flavor from the bark. After very fine straining to remove the larger organic molecules you have say, 20 chemicals left, which you then dilute in PG and sell as natural cinnamon flavor.
Artificial cinnamon is a few of the same chemicals made synthetically and the flavor will just be a little less complex, but no more dangerous or unknown to the user.
Now, if you want natural (organic) flavors, there are places such as
Nature's Flavors that sell them but you'd generally have to make your own liquid or find liquid makers that use organic flavors. I believe Velvet Vapor's VG only line uses organic flavors, but I'm not entirely sure.
