Okay - so I have a manual 510 - my question from earlier was - how do you know when the cart is out (time to replace/fill/etc.) wasn't answered- but...my vapor is decreasing which I guess is how you know? But, if I change it before it stops producing then I really don't know how much nicotine that I've had today, right?

here is a hypothetical - let's say that I use a 15 mg cart and during the day I drop 4 more drops in it to top off from a bottle of 15mg - How many mg have I truly vaped?

I have already ordered some lower nicotine juice. I think I would rather vape 6mg and be able to vape all the time like I smoke analogs, but I am truly confused about topping off.

there is approximately 20 drops per ml so each drop is .75 mg's..........If you lose vapor or it tastes dry or burnt it may be getting empty.

I personally top off a lot and if you want you could count your drops. I re use a cart for several days. The vaping experience is better when it's topped or at least not dry.

There is also a lot of debate on whether or not we get very much actual nicotine in e'cigs and nicotine by itself is not that harmful. (depending on other health factors)
