OK, I tried it. I've now got a couple more questions.

My e-cig makes a gurgling sound. Is that the vapourizing or did I fill it too full? (EGO clearo)

Also, can you lay these on their sides or does that cause the liquid to drip where it shouldn't?

If it is still vaping OK, the gurgling is ok. If not, it is flooded. You can take it off the PV and blow lightly into the end onto a paper towel. You should be able to lay it on it's side but I wouldn't do it for really long periods of time.

There wasn't much vapour, so I cleared it and much better vapour, but still gurgling.

When it's your first kit, you really don't know what to expect by way of vapour or anything else.

It may be that you over filled or the wick is drawing too much juice to the coil. If it is over filled the gurgling should stop as the juice is used up. I have the same problem with the one ego clearomizer I tried. it also slowly leaks when I lay it down. Now I use Vision Viva Novas most of the time.

You should be able to lay it on it's side.
