2 things... somehow I did something to my wood and it started leaking; No it did not come this way, But Rob fixed it for me anyway... How awesome is that? And From the time I mailed it to him and having it back in my hands was 1 week!!
Second, I've been fighting tendonitis or photographers arm ( lol) for close to a year and Rob made me this door to help. It's absolutely stunning and so far it seems to help... I don't think there is a better vendor out there!! Rob if I wasn't crushing before I certainly am now! Thank You Rob, I appreciate YOU and all that you do for us!! THANK YOU!!! <3<3<3

agreed - in this modern digital age, customer service and personal service are largely a thing of the past. even before I had ordered my first, Rob had replied to my mail (and I reckon he gets a few). that was the moment I was sold. the fact that he is in touch with his market, personally cares for his customers and about his product the way that he does is nothing short of fantastic.

perhaps I should ask my bank/Telco/helathfund/insurance/utilities providers to take a leaf out of Robs book - the brand advocacy and loyalty that comes from such service is priceless.

Won't go into my story (between Robert and myself), but I can attest that he really... and I do mean r-e-a-l-l-y -- does go out his way to accommodate his customers. The great man just wants us to have the best vaping experience imaginable.

I truly mean that too folks!!! :nun: No BS either.

I probably have irritated the heck out of him with a few issues, but he just bounces back with a smile (and the best darn customer service I've experienced)... and says... "I'll take care of it. You just vape the Grand."

You just be careful with that new door. It looks like it might decide to EXTERMINATE! :danger:

I think im going to order more Reo's now simply because of Rob being such a genuine and classy guy. Still shocks me everytime I call for support, that the man himself answers the phone, or returns my calls, not to mention the added effort he puts in to make sure his customers are satisfied.

Now just to wait for my bonus check and checkout my order :)
