I have been in there 2-3 times. Both times it was to purchase either hardware or juice. I have received very courteous and knowledgeable service. I know I am spending a little more by going to a B&M, but I like that I have someone face to face who can answer my questions. I also like supporting local business. It's a good place that makes you feel welcome. Very friendly. I encourage anyone in the Birmingham area to patronize them.

I really like a B&M for the fact that you can try a juice before actually buying it. This helped me out tremendously when I was looking for a juice that would mimic the taste of my Menthol cigarettes. Vulcan Vape helped me in this regard.

Good bunch of folks. Knowledgeable, helpful, reasonably priced, and LOCAL! Free juice sampling and one-on-one advice/assistance in this new hobby means a lot to me.

I was always sad to see the other thread with people being unhappy with VV, as I have a couple friends there who actually got me into vaping. I understand the complaints though, as they were in a weird place for a while where they had no new products and really just sold overpriced starter kits and tired juice. Things have changed a lot since they moved across the street, as most of you know. I'm really happy to see everyone here coming around to them. The vibe on my last trip to the store was totally different than before and I couldn't be happier. There were a few people just hanging out, talking about mods, rebuildables, etc.. it was a fun time. Also, if you don't know, they have a new rewards program, and it's no joke. I spent about 100 bucks and ended up getting about 4 dollars in "Vape Bucks", money that you can use in the store. Pretty cool!
