So i have been vaping for little over a month now and when i made my first order i made a noob mistake and ordered "tobacco" flavored e-liquid, which obviously tasted quite horrible and nothing like a real analog cigarette. Then i made another huge mistake and bought a doomsday supply of diy supplies with my friend. And the reason why i think that was a mistake was because i had no idea what e-liquids should taste like, so i was experimenting blindly and never knowing quite what i was doing. Then my latest endeavor with liquids happened today when i received my latest order which was coconut and peach. Coconut tasted like soap with hint of "coconut like industrial chemical" and the peach tasted vaguely like peaches fermented in an oil barrel. Luckily i have my diy vanilla flavor that is actually good :D

So my question is what is the most horrible e-liquid in your opinion you have tasted and what should new users (mainly me) avoid at all costs.

(and yes like the saying goes "you cant argue about tastes said the dog while licking his balls")

Sometimes you may order an ejuice which has that " perfume" or "floral" taste to it, what you should do is let it steep for a week or so. This will help bring the flavors out. Some suppliers will advise you to steep their juices others may not, by from what I've learned it's all about your own preference because taste is obviously subjective. I personally have not had much bad luck with the 30+ juices I have tried so far over the last 2 months, I have only had to steep 2 of them. "Hawaiian Delight" and "Pear" both from madvapes.com needed 4 to 7 days each of steeping. Tried them again and they were much better. Hope this helps!

Yeah, most tobacco flavors SUCK. They don't taste like tobacco at all. I ordered some Winston e-liquid when I first started vaping and it tasted more like the pesticide they spray on the tobacco. YUCK. Pipe tobacco, in my experience, really does taste like pipe tobacco though. Johnson Creek has some called Tennessee Cured and to me, that tastes like a Black and Mild cigar dipped in butter and caramel; yumm. The absolute worst I've tasted, tobacco-wise, was Cuban Cigar and the worst other flavor was Kona Coffe Milkshake; gives me the 'willies' thinking about that one. I haven't tried dog balls yet; don't think I want to.

Tobacco flavors are my personal fav and that hasn't changed since I started, it's all preference. Don't order large quanaties until you know you like a certain juice. Get smaller samplers until you find a few you like, that way your not stuck with big bottles of something you hate.

As for your DIY for a beginner I'd recommend Capella. Their flavors are good, easy to work with and as goof proof as it gets, you can get more info in the DIY section that will get you going.

I've only purchased 2 liquids that I personally found unvapable which isn't bad over a year and as many as I've tried. Both of them came from the same vendor so I'm guessing it's something in the base they use but others love them.

I have tried Crab Juice and it is exactly as revolting as you can imagine...probably worse. It tastes like raw blue crab mixed with swamp mud. Truly wretched stuff...that being said, there actually are people who love the stuff.

Tastes is VERY subjective. All depends on the vaper. My best experience, and suggestion, is to find a local meet of some type and sample everybody's different juices. Most people are quite happy to share. And remember to bring clean small bottles with you to gather small juice samples.

This is what I mean about great descriptions. Raw crab and swamp mud. Hilarious and probably spot on. Thanks Steelrat

i am not a fan of any of Blue Mists flavors-
they were the second juice vendor i had tried and their prices are great..
but something about the juices taste off....that and i have a strange reaction to something in them
that i thankfully haven't ran into since.

also, worst flavor i could pick-
prolly Blue Mists vapors Mountain Dew...tasted nothing like dew and taught me that
one should not exhale soda vapes out ones nose...erg.

Second would go to their "Banana Fosters" that my room mate was gifted...
tasted more like "Is this Banana Pepper Mouth Frag"
