Cost effective? That's pretty subjective.

However, I will list my favorite vendors - most expensive to least expensive. Not so coincidentally, the juices from the most expensive vendor happen to be my favorites. The juices from #2 are awesome and moderately priced. The juices from vendor #3 are very good and represent ridiculously good value; probably the best bang for the buck in the industry.

My top tier: five pawns

My mid-tier: The Vapor Chef

My budget tier: ITCVapes

These three are my go to vendors. There are a couple of others I like - Avail Vapor and The Steam Co. Apart from these vendors, I have neither the patience nor inclination to expand my horizons.

Most cost effective.. there are probably cheaper, but Mt Baker deserves a shout out for offering 236ml bottles of most of their flavours. If you're a Hawk Sauce fan you can even buy the concentrate flavouring and make it yourself much cheaper.

Most impressive.. that's subjective - depends on what impresses you. Halo's quick shipping. Bionic Vapor's quality and complexity. Fuzion Vapor's flavour intensity. Five Pawns' branding/marketing.

Nicoticket is the best of the brands I have tried. price is competitive with most other good juice makers.
Mt Baker is probably best on price and if you are just starting out its an economical place to try out a lot of different flavors without breaking the bank. The best for you is going to end up having a lot to do with what type of flavors you prefer. Some excel in tobacco flavors, while others specialize in deserts and so on. Spend some time on the forum, look for ejuice reviews and check out the suppliers that are registered here. They all bring something to the table. It's just a matter of trying different ones out and finding what you like

Dekang may be the most cost effective juice. I like Dekang for repeatable, clean flavors that aren't in your face without too much flavoring. My daily vape is Dekang Tobacco. 50ml is about $13.99 at Welcome to Hoosier E-Cig - The Best E-cigs, Juices, and accesories

Madvapes is also a cost effective juice vendor. Read the reviews carefully to find the most liked flavors. My favorites are Madvapes Mad 4 and Tobacco (a robust tobacco flavor with excellent undertones). If you like a sweeter tobacco with a honey flavored exhale, Mad Tobacco is good. Madvapes - Electronic Cigarettes, E Cigarettes, E-Cigs.

I'm only starting off and I'm afraid to make purchases online. There's so many companies to choose from. What are a few companies other than halo and fuzion that you recommend? What are some more cost effective choices?

Well I can't tell you the best companies to go to, I have started a new channel to stockpile information about ejuice. Sorta like Wikijuice, and it's ad free. I only have a few juices up currently but you should subscribe to the youtube channel. I started it because I was screwed over too many times buying juice online.

Cool buddy which vendors are you going to review juice from? Hopefully a lot of the vendors mentioned in this thread. I can help you out and send you some samples I have a ton from vendors mentioned here :)
